The holidays can be a magical time of year, but let’s face it they can be stressful. Between parties, shopping, travel and all the family obligations, it is easy to get overwhelmed and frazzled.
This holiday workshop is designed to help participants find focus along with peace and relaxation. You will be gently guided to turn inwards and invite the young, playful and creative you to play and tap into that inner artist to find expression through a festive project.
Embracing the spirit of the season, with the joy of creativity and connection to others to shine through our creations, is like a mug of hot chocolate for the soul.
