Terms & Conditions


  • Payment of the full amount is required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made 14 days in advance will be refunded. If your place can be filled 2-14 days before, then a full refund will be issued. Otherwise, there will be no refund.


  • A payment of 50% deposit is required to confirm a place.
  • The final balance being due 10 weeks prior to retreat date.
  • In the event of a cancellation and the place being taken by another, then there will be a refund half of the deposit. 25% is non-refundable. 
  • If a retreat is cancelled you will be offered a full refund or credit against another retreat.

Health Declaration

All retreats and workshops aim to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. If you have any health concerns that may impact your participation please feel free to reach out. 

It is important for all participants to disclose any pre-existing health conditions or concerns prior to participating in a workshop or retreat as some activities may be found to be unsuitable. 

By registering for a workshop or retreat it is assumed that each participant will take full responsibility for their own mental and physical health.

Although all retreats are designed to encourage personal growth and therefore a greater sense of wellbeing, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Each person’s experience is unique and what works for one may not do so for another.
